We assist with clinic selection, travel arrangements, and provide support throughout the treatment process. Payment, Deposits, and Refunds

Payment for services: To secure your appointment for a cosmetic dental procedure, a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated total cost is required upon receiving the estimate. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of your treatment, directly in the office.

Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your procedure twice. This must be done in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled procedure date. Notify your coordinator by phone and send your written request to Smiles@LuxuryDentalTourism.com to begin the rescheduling process. To rebook, you must do so within 6 months of the deposit date.

Refund Policies: Refund policies for travel and treatment costs are subject to the terms of the respective service providers. Please review these terms carefully before making any payments.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

By submitting your images for review, you consent to the disclosure of your health information, including the eligibility form and images, to the attending doctor. This information will be used solely to evaluate your case and plan your treatment. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will manage all information in strict compliance with privacy laws and regulations.

Treatment Plans, Travel Itineraries, and Responsibility for Additional Costs

Due to the nature of medical treatments and ongoing assessments, the scope of work and the estimated timeline for completion may vary. Any modifications to the treatment plan or travel itinerary will be promptly communicated to ensure transparency and optimal patient care.

If additional procedures or medications are necessary during your treatment, you will be informed of any associated costs before the work is performed. Your approval will be required before proceeding. Any approved additional costs will be invoiced and payable at the time of your treatment, directly in the office.

Please note that we are not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of delays or changes to the treatment plan or travel itinerary. While your hotel accommodations will be extended to accommodate any necessary additional time, any changes to your flight arrangements will be at your own expense. To safeguard your travel plans, we strongly recommend purchasing flight insurance to protect against unexpected changes or delays.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Luxury Dental Tourism or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any material is prohibited.
